How to First Access Your Nimonik Account
Account Creation:
If you have been invited to join an Organization’s Nimonik Account, you will first need to accept the invitation and create a password to access the account. Follow these 3 steps to do so.
- You will be sent an invitation to join your company’s Nimonik account. An email that looks similar to this will be sent by one of your account Administrators. Please note, that this email may end up in your spam/junk folder. To prevent emails from going to spam/junk, check out this support page on whitelisting emails from Nimonik.
- The invitation will come from this email: “Nimonik” <subscription@nimonik.com>
- Once you choose a password, enter it in the box and click the “Activate my account” button.
- Once you click “Activate my account” you will be brought to the default homepage of your Nimonik Account. You will automatically join as a “Restricted User”, which means by default you will not have access to any Facilities, CO Registers, or Audits. To request access, contact your account administrators found on this page.
- Restricted users automatically have access to the Nimonik Compliance Library and the Library Updates – Newsletter.
- After being given access to the necessary Facilities, CO Registers, or Audits, the Facilities you have been given access to will appear on the home page.
And that’s it, you now have access to your Organization’s Nimonik account.
