Whitelisting Nimonik Emails: How to ensure you receive emails from Nimonik

Not receiving emails from Nimonik? The best solution to ensure you receive all emails sent from Nimonik is to whitelist our email domains and whitelist our email IP addresses. Here is how you can do this.

Add “subscription@nimonik.com” to your Whitelist (Trusted Contacts or Safe List)

  • The most simple step to make certain you receive all emails from Nimonik is to add our email domain @nimonik.com to your trusted contacts or safe list
  • Exported content and newsletter emails are sent from “subscription@nimonik.com”. If you are not receiving the Library Updates email, please add this email to your email provider’s trusted contacts list
  • You can also add “marketing@nimonik.com” to receive emails about interesting blog articles, software improvements, and upcoming webinars
  • Outlook – How to add emails to “Safe Senders”
  • Gmail – How to add emails to “Whitelist”
  • If your organization does not allow you to whitelist email addresses due to cybersecurity concerns, follow the steps below

Contact your Organization’s IT Group to Whitelist IP addresses

  • If you are still not receiving emails after adding @nimonik.com emails to your trusted contacts list, you will need to contact your organization’s IT department to resolve this
  • Once your IT group has been made aware of the issue, you can request that they Whitelist the IP addresses that our emails are sent from
  • Most IT groups can Whitelist these IP addresses to your “SPAM allow” list, which will both allow for Nimonik’s emails to arrive successfully and for your organization to still be able to check for malicious links and rouge emails
  • Nimonik uses a service called Postmark to send automatic emails and data exports. According to the Postmark documentation, these are the IP ranges used to send emails:
Outbound SMTP Servers
The IP addresses that Transactional and Broadcast messages are sent from.

Going forward, once you whitelist our email domain and these IP addresses, you should receive all Nimonik emails. If you are still experiencing issues with not receiving the newsletter email or any data exports from Nimonik, please contact support@nimonik.com. Let us know what emails you are not receiving or what you are attempting to export and we can send you the data directly.
