How to First Access Your Nimonik Account - Local Authentication

If you have been invited to join an Organization’s Nimonik Account, you will first need to accept the invitation and create a password before you can access the account. Follow these 2 steps to do so.

1. You will be sent an invitation to join your company’s Nimonik account. An email that looks similar to this will be sent by one of your account Administrators. Please note, that this email may end up in your spam/junk folder. To prevent emails from going to spam/junk, check out this support page on whitelisting emails from Nimonik.

  • The invitation will come from this email: “Nimonik” <subscription@nimonik.com>

 

2. Once you choose a password, enter it in the box and click the “Activate my account” button



After clicking this button, you will be brought to the "New User Landing Page". See the below section for more information.

 


New User Landing Page


Welcome to Nimonik! Once your account has been successfully created—either by setting your password or signing in via SSO (Single Sign-On), you will be directed to the New User Landing Page, which is your first step into the platform.


This page is essential for giving you access to the right content and tools based on your location or area of responsibility.


Selecting Your Primary Facility

  1. Click the dropdown labelled “Select Facility”.



  2. Choose the facility you work at or are assigned to.



  3. Click the Save button.




After clicking “Save,” you’ll be redirected to the Facilities page and granted access to the selected location. From there, you can begin exploring your regulatory or standards registers, audits, tasks, and other compliance tools tailored to your facility.

Please note: 

  • It may take a moment for the facility you selected to appear on the “Facilities” page. Refreshing the page can help this process.

  • If you close the page before selecting your facility, you’ll be prompted again on your next login. 


Need Access to More Facilities?

Access to additional facilities can be granted by your account administrator(s) after your initial login. However, this does not apply to customers who use Nimonik solely to access standards, as these users can only be associated with one facility due to copyright restrictions set by the standards organizations.
