TABLE OF CONTENTS
Welcome to Nimonik! We're thrilled to have you on board.
This support page brings together the essential information and resources that will help you quickly get started with your Standards Subscription. This support page is divided into two sections: one for Account Administrators and one for everyday End Users of the platform. Let's get started!
Quick Start Guide for Account Administrators
The following section is intended for Account Administrators. If you are an End User, please refer to the "Quick Start Guide for End Users" section here.
Account Creation & Set up
Once your agreement is finalized, the Nimonik team will take care of the technical setup. Our team will create your Nimonik account and ensure all subscribed Standards are added to it.
If your agreement includes Single Sign-On (SSO), a member of Nimonik's technical team will coordinate with your organization's technical team to ensure this is set up correctly.
Access Your Account and Invite Users to Join the Account
Here are the crucial first steps for gaining access to the platform:
- Accept Invitation & Join Account: Once the account has been created, Nimonik's team will first invite the main Point of Contact (POC) to join the account. Other users can later be added.
- The email invitation will come from this email: “Nimonik” <subscription@nimonik.com>. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received this email.
Your Role: The main Point of Contact (POC) for an account will be set up as an Account Administrator. This permission grants you full access to the account. It also allows you to add users, remove users, manage user permissions, edit account settings, export usage reports and more.
Please read this support page to learn more about user management.
It is possible to set multiple users as Account Administrators.
To view the list of Account Administrators, check out this page.
- Invite Users: Account Administrators can invite users to join the account.
Please follow this guide to learn how to invite new users to the account.
You can invite an unlimited number of users to your account.
Log In Page: Moving forward, to access your Standards subscription, go to the Nimonik app at https://nimonikapp.com/users/sign_in. We highly suggest bookmarking this page for future use.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Access: What Changes
If your account has been configured with SSO, the process differs from the standard login:
Access: You will sign in via your organization's internal application or a specific direct link provided by your technical team. You will not use an email address and password.
User Management: Adding or removing users from Nimonik will be managed entirely by your organization's technical team. You will not use Nimonik's internal invite feature, and Nimonik's team cannot add any users to your account.
Support: For questions regarding login access or adding/removing users, please contact your organization's internal IT or technical team.
Standards Access: How to View, Compare & Download
Use these resources to quickly learn how to access, view and download your purchased standards.

Downloading & DRM: Not all Standards are available for download. Review the rules for document use and our Digital Rights Management (DRM) policies on this support page.
- Alternative Access to Standards: Nimonik offers two alternative ways to access Standards.
- Nimonik offers a Desktop application to view offline standards on laptops and computers. The application is available for download for Windows devices here and for Mac OS devices here. Alternatively, you can search for "Nimonik" on the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store. The application is called "Nimonik - Standards and Regulations". Learn more here.

Standards Management, Usage & Updates
This comprehensive section helps Administrators manage their subscription and understand how standards are updated.
Document Usage Report: Understand how your team utilizes purchased documents by checking out the Document Usage report support page.
Request Additional Standards: There is no automatic way to add more Standards to your organization's subscription. You must contact your Nimonik Account Manager to request additional standards. Your Nimonik Account Manager can be found below the list of Account Administrators here.
- Standard Watchlists: Account Administrators, as well as End Users, can create watchlists to track and receive notifications from Standards that are important to their role. The watchlist can include Standards that are part of your organization's subscription and those that are not. Learn more here.
Updates Standard: Whenever a Standard you subscribe to is updated, you will be informed within the software via External Actions and outside the software via a weekly email. Learn more here.
New Versions of Standards: New Versions of Standards will be automatically added to your account and unlocked in the same Register as the previous version.
It is important to close these External Actions and leave notes to indicate you have acknowledged the new version. This creates a paper trail and improves your compliance program.
Support, Training, & Additional Features
If you have questions or need additional training, here are your resources:
Standards FAQs: For a comprehensive list of frequently asked questions related to your purchased Standards, check out this support page.
Admin or End User Training: Getting started is easy, but we're always here to help! To arrange an Admin or End User training session, please contact your Nimonik Account Manager. They will connect you with a member of Nimonik's Customer Success team, who can provide training, discuss questions, or review additional features.
Additional Platform Features: Nimonik includes powerful workflow tools to further enhance your compliance program. To keep your onboarding simple, most of these advanced features are initially disabled. If you would like to learn more, check out this support page or arrange a training session with your Nimonik Account Manager.
