Nimonik Release Notes: June 2026

Welcome to the June 2026 edition of Nimonik’s Release Notes!

Our team is constantly working behind the scenes to make your compliance and standards management smoother, faster, and more customizable.

Here is a breakdown of what’s new, what’s improved, and how these changes benefit Nimonik customers this month.

• Search external actions – A search bar has been added to the external actions page that allows users to search for documents based on title, text, and ID
• Add tooltip to ‘request document’ button – When a user does not have access to a standard document, an informative tooltip will be displayed over the ‘Request Document’ button
• Add Internal Action ID’s to Internal Action Menu – Internal action ID will now be displayed on individual internal action pages
• Add Document Filter to Document Clause Page – Users can now filter the ‘Document Clauses’ page by document
• Clause internal action email improvements – Links to the clause review page and the clause in the register have been added to the emails sent to the responsible party when an internal action is created
• European server – Nimonik’s European server is now available at nimonikapp.eu
• [BUG] – issue when you type (c) it automatically turns into the copyright symbol – This has now been corrected
• [BUG] – Clause Text Truncated in Audit Templates when created from CLCO’s – The field has been updated and can now contain up to 10,000 bytes
• [BUG] – issue when you type (c) it automatically turns into the copyright symbol – Letters appearing between brackets such as C, R , and TM will no longer be converted to symbols We are committed to continuously improving your experience, and we couldn't do it without your valuable insights.
